Mark Bullock is a passionate advocate for the development and promotion of wheelchair tennis, having been closely involved in the sport for over 30 years. He was recently awarded the prestigious UNIQLO Spirit Award in recognition of his tireless efforts to promote wheelchair tennis and embody the core values of UNIQLO.
Bullock’s involvement in wheelchair tennis dates back to the 1990s, when he fulfilled various roles within the sport, including personal coach to former British No. 1 Jayant Mistry and GB National Wheelchair Tennis Coach. He joined the International Tennis Federation (ITF) in 2001 and was instrumental in the development of wheelchair tennis during his 15-year tenure, before launching a career as a self-employed Advisor in International Inclusive Sports Development.
Bullock’s wide-ranging role includes working with different organizations to develop and promote wheelchair tennis, and he remains a leading advocate for the sport, having visited over 80 countries in his career.
