Majority of coaches in Africa can not afford university education and also, lack of special sports coaching institutions is a big set back in promoting coaching education in the continent. 80% of coaches learn on the job with no formal education background.

We have embraced a continuous and flexible learning process outside the formal institutions that, also recognizes prior and adult learning experiences. Through our platform we offer free recorded lessons, reading materials  and articles.

 The learning management system provides self paced learning platform that, is carried out in phases and participants  tested after every six months .

Our goal is to record and share over five hundred free quality sports coaching education lessons in the next two years . The recorded lessons are freely shared in our website with learners to take studies at their own pace before they can decide to sit for an exam as per the set curriculum.
