Sports Wave Africa Foundation  through its founder has promoted and supported the youths within Kitengela and arthi river communities participation in sports by providing free gym training facility. The youths visiting the facility are mostly from poor background and cannot afford to pay for use of gym equipment’s. Besides sports the centre also provides opportunities for the youths to learn vocational life long skills . From this facility over 20 youths have trained and represented Kenya in various sports internationally mostly in  the sport of weightlifting. Some of the vocational skills they learn include motor vehicle mechanics, spray painting and welding.
